Preventive maintenance

Service the line on schedule, not in panic.

Each asset gets a default cadence — clean condenser coils on a 30-day rotation, combi oven once every two months. Chefs see one-tap accept/decline reminders on the morning a PM is due. Managers can override the cadence per asset when their own experience says otherwise.

Location

Due now · chef-facing

One tap to accept and create a scheduled ticket; one tap to decline. Accepted tickets route to the matched vendor exactly like a critical fault would, but with a low-severity tone — so the line keeps moving instead of panicking.

Cadence · manager-facing

Each asset runs on its equipment-class default. Flip an override on when your floor experience says the cadence should be tighter or looser — the next reminder is recomputed from the new effective interval the moment you save.
